During a recent storm, our neighbor’s tree fell on our house causing damage to our roof and a couple of rooms. Our insurance company recommended Modern Remodeling to conduct the repairs. Given that we trust our insurance company, we accepted their recommendation... and we are very glad we did. The day after the storm, Modern Remodeling contacted us by phone and sent a representative to inspect the damage and initiate the repair process. They identified the necessary repairs and coordinated all the reconstruction, resulting in a new roof and repairs to walls in the kitchen and an adjoining room. The quality of their work was excellent. What also stands out is their constant consideration of the needs of our family throughout the process. They kept us informed about the process and they gave us options as to materials and scheduling. They were extremely thorough in identifying hidden problem areas caused by rain water and moisture in the house due to the heavy rain, and they then addressed those problems with permanent solutions. The process went very smoothly. Their expertise and professionalism gave us peace of mind that our home was in good hands and would be safe again. Everyone on the team, Sammy, Austin, Ryan, Rudy, Tina, and the crews, were always professional, friendly, and available to address our concerns and questions.
